We had so much fun using the table planner. It took a while to enter all the guests in to start with, but once we had done that, everything was done for you!! We want to get married again we had so much fun!!

aMaizin Maze
Seasonal Status: - open during the summer.

The maze, constructed entirely of the cereal crop, maize, is designed to provide a half day of entertainment for all the family. Once you have paid your entrance fee there are no further charges for any activities, these include daily tractor rides, our kart track, falconry and parrot shows, petanque, and the very popular water pistol range that has been extended by popular request! Our maze keepers take you through the theme for 2004 which is Medieval Mayhem. The maze, which has puzzles and clues to find and decipher provides great family fun. The adventure ground offers many additional activities in a natural and safe environment where refreshments and snacks are available. Group and evening tickets are available on request. A full days entertainment for all the family.

Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust
Seasonal Status: - open all year round.

The Jersey Zoological Park combines the 31 acres and buildings of Les Augrès Manor and Les Noyers properties provide the international headquarters of Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. The Jersey Zoological Park serves as the centre for breeding, research, professional training and fundraising. Veterinary, pathology, nutrition and public education services offer special expertise to species recovery programmes in Jersey Zoo and overseas. Attraction open every day except Christmas Day. Eric Young Orchid Foundation
Seasonal Status: - open all year round.

One of the finest collections of orchids in all the world is to be found at the Eric Young Orchid Foundation, deep in the heart of the Jersey countryside at Victoria Village, Trinity, which is housed in a new purpose-built nursery and exhibition complex formally opened in June 2001. Exhibitors at many of the major presentations around the world, this unique collection has won many prestigious international awards, establishing an unrivalled world-wide reputation and the skills of the Jersey breeders is universally acknowledged to be unsurpassed. The Foundation was established in 1958 by the late Eric Young, a trained scientist who, even from childhood, was a gifted horticulturist. Before his untimely death he had developed one of the finest collections of orchids anywhere in the world. But this was no private passion. Eric Young's dream was for the foundation to maintain and develop the collection in perpetuity to enable everyone to enjoy its splendour and excellence. Today the dream, in its new complex, is a glorious reality. Open Wednesday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's.

Hamptonne Country Life Museum
Seasonal Status: - open during the summer.

You can get close to 300 years of Jersey's rural heritage in this collection of farm buildings and meadows. The site is brought alive by talkative characters from the past, demonstrations of by-gone skills, guided tours and plenty of small animals. Give yourself plenty of time to explore the buildings and stroll around the kitchen garden and meadows. Member of the Jersey Premier Attractions Group and also a licensed Wedding Venue. Hamptonne was used during the summer of 2005 as the main set for ITV's 2 million pound production of Thomas Hardy's "Under the Greenwood Tree", a film which was shown on UK Television at Christmas.

Jersey Lavender Farm
Seasonal Status: - open during the summer.

Possibly the most fragrant attraction in Jersey - a working farm devoted to the growing, harvesting, distillation and drying of lavender. From the end of May to early August the lavender is in bloom, providing a most spectacular site. The precious essential lavender oil produced from the distillation is used in the manufacture of a range of fragrant Jersey Lavender Toiletries - the whole process is explained in a presentation video and by friendly staff. A stroll around the lavender fields is an unforgettable experience and there are also fabulous gardens and woods to wander through as well as a National Collection of lavenders, herb beds and a bamboo collection. There is a gift shop with all the products made on the farm, and much more. Your perfect day can be completed with a delicious lunch or home made tea and cake at the Lavender Tearoom. Jersey Lavender products are also sold at: Boots, Reid's chemist, St Peter's Garden Centre, Books Plus (Airport), Ransom's Garden Centre, Spice House and other outlets.

Jersey War Tunnels
Seasonal Status: - open during the summer.

This complex of tunnels was excavated between October 1941 and January 1944 by the occupying German forces using forced and slave labour. In January 1944, with the Allied Invasion looming it was converted into a bomb and assault-proof casualty clearing station. The result was almost a kilometre of concrete-lined tunnels and galleries comprising of wards for 500 casualties, staff quarters, operating theatre, kitchens and stores. Within the complex is the award winning 'Captive Island' exhibition, the definitive and chillingly realistic story of the German Occupation of Jersey. A number of recent facets have also been added, these are a Garden of Reflection, War Trail and a Research Centre, which houses a permanent exhibition entitled Szabo, dedicated to the life of a war heroine whose daugher lives in Jersey. La Hougue Bie Museum
Seasonal Status: - open during the summer.

A Neolithic burial mound, dating back 5,500 years dominates this tranquil site. Following recent excavations, the entrance to the tomb has now been restored to its original glory. A tiny chapel is situated on top of the mound, (Mabon Crypt can be seen in this chapel) and in addition, there are geology and archaeology galleries and a World War Two German bunker. This bunker houses a unique memorial to the memory of the slave-workers in the Channel Islands during the second World War. In the grounds of the museum stands the Neolithic House which is the focus for a number of activities designed to give visitors a better understanding of the day-to-day life of the community that built the burial mound. La Mare Vineyards & Distillery

Experience everything from wine to chocolate. Inside the extensive grounds, experts and novices alike are guided through the fascinating process of wine making and distilling in La Mare's humorous style. Take a stroll through the vineyards, orchards and beautiful gardens before visiting the Winery to taste three estate wines during the new audio-visual show. You won't be disappointed, as the estate has recently won international awards for its wines. In the distillery you'll discover the traditional art of distilling and oak ageing of the famous Jersey Apple Brandy. La Mare also produces a wonderful range of Black Butter, marmalades, jams, jellies, mustards and delicious fudge, all 'genuine Jersey' and handmade on the estate. For the children there is an adventure playground, miniature ponies and a cheeky but loveable goat called Barney. New for 2004 - Luxury Jersey Chocolates are now handmade on the estate. At certain times visitors will be able to see and taste chocolates being made and even have the opportunity to make your very own moulded figure! (booking essential) You're in the heart of the Jersey countryside so relax and enjoy a delicious alfresco lunch or a freshly made Jersey cream tea in the tranquil atmosphere of the Buttery. Le Moulin de Quetivel
Seasonal Status: - open during the summer.

This is the only remaining working mill in Jersey. Earliest reference to the mill was in records from 1309. The derelict mill was restored by the Trust in the 1970s. There is a display on milling and mills in Jersey and also a National Trust shop with stone ground flour for sale. Open on a regular basis May-October with free admission to National Trust members.

Living Legend
Seasonal Status: - open during the summer.

The Jersey Experience is a voyage through time which begins on the deck of a Victorian paddle steamer destined for St Helier. During the early part of this journey visitors have the chance to learn about Jersey as it is today; to discover how it relates to Britain both politically and geographically, how the legislature is organised and to learn something of the traditions of the Island. The Living Legend has its own Adventure Golf course and Craft and Shopping Village. Local cuisine can also be sampled in their Jersey Kitchen Restaurant. Attraction open from March until the end of November. Member of the Premier Attractions Group.

Pallot Steam Museum
Seasonal Status: - open during the summer.

A fascinating private collection of steam engines and machinery. Jersey Railways display and a collection of organs including a Compton cinema organ. Steam train rides every Thursday. Gift shop on site.
